When it comes to building your business during the holidays, there is a right way and a wrong way to do this.
Especially when it comes to network marketing. Many Network Marketers go into the holiday season with the preconceived notion that it is normal for your business to slow down during this time. Is this true? I talk about this, as well as, cover some tips, and do's and don'ts when it comes to building your business during the holidays in today's video:
In my opinion, now is the time to gear up. People will soon be getting into “New Year's Resolution” mode, and most new year's resolutions deal with health and wealth. If you gear up right now, and you know this to be true, you can create big-time momentum in your network marketing business come the first of the year. You can be ahead of the game and have appointments already set up to show your business presentation as soon as 2018 arrives. You can even create fear of loss and create urgency by using the tax write off tip mentioned in the video to get people started now.
Last, but certainly not least, do not show up at parties and turn the party into a business presentation. This is not how you build your business during the holidays. You can schedule and make appointments to show your business presentation to those interested if the subject comes up in passing, but do not turn the party into a presentation. Trust me, you will not be invited back next year 🙂
The bottom line is, be a professional and not an amateur. People will respect you more for it, and you will attract even better business partners when doing so.
