Happy Veteran's Day!
I want to take this time wish everyone and very Happy and safe Veteran's Day and to thank all of our veterans (Past, Present, and Future) for all that they have done and continue to do to make this the absolute greatest country on the face of the earth. As a family member of mine once said many years ago regarding our awesome country, “even at our worst we are still the best!”
Folks, people have literally laid down their lives and given the ultimate sacrifice in order to keep this nation a FREE nation and the Land of Opportunity. In fact, they continue to do so. Moreover, people put their own lives on the line just trying to get here so they can experience and take advantage of the very freedom many take for granted. The bottom line is, freedom isn't free. This fact has never been made more real than when my family and I were traveling and witnessed this in the following video:
As a family, we will never forget that experience together. Seeing the family of the fallen soldier
watching their loved one come off the plane. Trying to imagine their loss while having gratitude and appreciation for their sacrifice at the same time. What can we learn from this? What are the take-a-ways? How does this remotely relate to your business? Well, I submit to you financial freedom isn't free either. You have to fight for it as well, and work your face off to get it! Now don't misunderstand me. I know it's not even close to having people shooting live ammunition at you and trying to take your life, but I do want you to know there is a lot of symbolism here. I explain in today's video. If you want your business to survive you are going to have to make sure you have your gear on, your gun is loaded, and fight like your life depends on it. Because in weird kind of way….It does if you know what I mean.
