Plug inYou Have To Plug In If You Want To Be Successful.

The importance of plugging in cannot be overstated when it comes to being successful in network marketing.  You must plug in if you want to get turned on.

In fact, if you don't plug in you are a network marketer on death row.  Your number just hasn't been called yet, but your walk down the “Green Mile” is not for away.  Simply put you are done!  This is specifically important to you if you are brand new to network marketing.

To plug in, in a nutshell, is always attending events, weekly meetings, webinars, conference calls, etc.  Make it a goal to never ever miss these important activities that your company or leadership has to offer.  When it comes to plugging in, it is simply not enough for just you to do this.  It is absolutely imperative that you create this culture within your entire organization, and the only way to create the culture is to make sure you are practicing what you preach.  If you want to be successful in network marketing, you have to realize that Network Marketing is a “Monkey See, Monkey Do” business.  People are going to watch your feet and not your lips.  They are going to do what you are actually doing.  I explain what I mean in today's video below:

Another powerful benefit of plugging in is this.  If you constantly and consistently plug in, your business will always be on your radar.  Your business will always be on the forefront of your brain and high on your priority list.  This is crucial because we all know that life gets in the way.  Things will inevitably pop up, and when you have a few of these life events happen in a row, that take you away from plugging in, they can take you out of the game completely.  By committing to your business and always pluggingPlug in in, you never let these life occurrences take you out of the game.

Next, make sure you are a promoter and not an announcer.  Promoters are more likely to experience network marketing success because they are signed up and registered for the event(s) the second they become available.  They immediately start promoting and telling everyone why they should be too.  Announcers are not signed up but tell everyone that they should sign up.  Make sure you are promoting and not simply announcing.

Lastly, I've never seen a top money earner in any company that did not plug in.  In fact, they NEVER miss an event.  Especially the major events.  This speaks volumes and really says it all when it comes to network marketing success.  Keep this little network marketing success formula in mind.  For everyone on your team that you get to the major event, this will equate to roughly $1,000 in income for you over the following 12 months.  In other words, if you had 10 people from your organization attend your company's event, you would make $10,000 over the next year.  Now this formula is not an exact science obviously, but I have found it to be pretty accurate over my 25+ years in network marketing.  Can you imagine your business if you had 100 people from your organization attend the event? Or 1,000?  Or 10,000?

Hopefully now you understand the importance of plugging in when it comes to being successful in network marketing, and why creating this culture within your business is vital.  Plug in, teach this to duplicate, and everything else will take care of itself.

Did This Help You?  If so, I would greatly appreciate if you commented below and shared on Facebook
